Registration Information

Register online by November 8, and receive the discounted early registration fee of $145. For registrations received after November 8, the registration fee is $165.

Confirmation/Badges

Workshop confirmations will be emailed in advance and name badges will be provided onsite.

Onsite Workshop

The meeting will be held on Friday, November 22 at the Texas Municipal Center (first floor conference room) located at 1821 Rutherford Lane in Austin. Your registration fee includes handouts, refreshments, continental breakfast, and lunch. Due to limited seating, this event is open to registered attendees only, and is not open to guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at cheryl@tml.org for pricing and seating availability.

Workshop registration and continental breakfast will start at 7:30 a.m. The workshop will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end by 3:00  p.m.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to cheryl@tml.org by November 8. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Transfer Policy

If you cannot attend and need to transfer to the same event on a different date, your request must be received in writing to acct@tml.org by November 8. Transfers are only allowed once. Please note that no refunds or transfers to other events will be honored after the cancellation date. Substitutions are always accepted.

Continuing Education Credit (CEU)

Elected officials (mayors and councilmembers) can earn Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credits for this workshop. CEU forms will be available at the workshop. For more information on the TMLI program, please visit TMLI, or contact us at 512-231-7400 or tmli@tml.org.

How should I dress?

Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.
